How accurate is the estimate?
It's the price you pay for the hours we quote. If we finish early, you pay less. If the flat needs more time, we always check with you before continuing.
Scheduled vs express, what's the difference?
Scheduled is €20/hr, booked 24h+ in advance. Express is €28/hr for same-day priority slots.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most clients leave a key with the portero or a lockbox. We send photo confirmation when we leave.
What if I'm not happy?
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and re-do whatever was missed, free.
How do I pay?
Bizum or bank transfer, after the clean. No card needed, we send the invoice on WhatsApp.
Which areas do you cover?
Most of Madrid, from the centre to the outskirts. Send your address on WhatsApp and we confirm coverage in one message.
