Common questions

How accurate is the live price?
It's the price you pay for the hours we quote. If we finish early, you pay less. If your home needs more time, we always check with you first.
When and how do I pay?
After the clean, never before. We send a WhatsApp invoice and you pay by Bizum or bank transfer. No card on file, no auto-charge.
Do I need to be home?
No. Lockbox, key with the portero, or any access setup works. We send photo confirmation when we leave.
Can I cancel?
Yes, message us 24 hours ahead and there's no charge. Same-day cancels may carry a small fee depending on the slot.
What if something isn't right?
Tell us within 24 hours and we come back to re-do whatever was missed, free.
