Common questions

How much does a clean cost?

€20 an hour, IVA included, for any future date, or €28 an hour for a clean today. Deep cleans are €24 an hour. Move-out cleans have a fixed price from €110, with a photo report and our products. If we bring the products, +€4 an hour. Sundays and public holidays +€5 an hour. Minimum 2 hours, so from €40. The live price above shows your exact total.

How accurate is the live price?

It's the price you pay for the hours we quote. Regular cleans: if we finish early, you pay less. Deep, move-out and fixed-price cleans: the price stays the same. If your home needs more time, we always check with you first.

When and how do I pay?

After the clean, or upfront once we've confirmed your date if you prefer. We send a payment link and invoice on WhatsApp and you pay by Bizum, card, PayPal or bank transfer. No auto-charge.

Do I need to be home?

No. Lockbox, key with the portero, or any access setup works. We lock up and message you when we're done.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Message us at least 24 hours ahead and there's no charge. With less than 24 hours' notice we charge 1 hour of the clean, and 2 hours with less than 2 hours' notice or if we can't get in.

What if something isn't right?

Tell us within 24 hours, with photos, and we will look at it with you case by case to make it right.

Do you have plans for regular cleans?

Yes. Regular cleans at the same €20/hr, by our team with all your notes, planned a month ahead. You pay once a month after the cleans, nothing upfront. See our cleaning plans.

Which areas do you cover?

Most of Madrid, from the centre to the outskirts. Not sure we reach you? Send your address on WhatsApp and we confirm coverage in one message.
