Do I need to pay anything to book? +
No, booking is completely free and requires no payment upfront. You only pay after the clean is done and you're satisfied with the result.
What if I'm not happy with the clean? +
Let us know immediately via WhatsApp. We'll sort it — either by returning to fix what was missed, or by discussing a solution. Your satisfaction comes first.
Can I cancel or reschedule? +
Yes — just send us a WhatsApp message at least 24 hours before your appointment. Last-minute cancellations (under 24h) may incur a small fee to cover the cleaner's time.
I'm sending from a foreign bank — will it work? +
Yes, standard SEPA bank transfers work from any EU bank. We'll send you the full account details via WhatsApp once your booking is confirmed.
