One flat price per turnover, IVA included: studio €60, 1 bedroom €70, 2 bedrooms €90, 3 bedrooms €110, 4 or more €130. A second bathroom adds €15. Same-day turnovers add €20, and Sundays or public holidays add €5 per hour of work. You get an invoice with every turnover.
Yes. For several flats we quote per turnover plus IVA (studio €50 + IVA, 1 bedroom €58 + IVA, 2 bedrooms €75 + IVA), send one factura a month and you pay by transfer within 15 days. Message us for the price sheet.
