Most cleaning sites quote you a range so they can charge the high end. We don't. You see the hours, you see the rate, you pay that. If we finish early, you pay less. If your flat needs more time, we always check with you first.

How accurate is the estimate?

Scheduled vs express, what's the difference?
Scheduled is €20/hr, booked 24h+ in advance. Express is €28/hr for same-day priority slots.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most clients leave a key with the portero or a lockbox. We lock up and message you when we are done.
What if I'm not happy?
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and re-do whatever was missed, free.
How do I pay?
Bizum or bank transfer, after the clean. No card needed, we send the invoice on WhatsApp.
Which areas do you cover?
