IVA 10% applies when you paint the home you live in, as owner or tenant, in a building over two years old. Rentals you let, Airbnb flats and companies pay 21%. Gotelé, damp and cracks are priced from photos.

Leaving a rented flat
If your contract asks for a repaint, or you painted a colour yourself, we paint and do the move-out clean in one booking. Check your contract first: normal wear is often the landlord's cost.
Airbnb and rental hosts
A refresh between bookings, timed with your turnover clean, so the flat is photo-ready and guest-ready the same day.

Good to know
Do you need to come and see it first?
Usually not. Your estimate plus three photos is enough for a fixed price. If something cannot be judged from photos, like damp, we tell you before quoting.
Is the price on this page final?
It is an estimate from your answers. We fix it in writing from your photos, and the written price is the one you pay. The quote is free.
Is the paint included?
Yes. Washable plastic paint, two coats, filler for small holes and all the protection material.
Can I use my own paint?
Yes, if you provide all of it, so every wall gets the same paint. Tick "I provide all the paint" in the price builder: it shows how many litres you need and takes the paint off the price. A small room needs about 9 litres for two coats, or 13 to 18 litres to cover a dark colour. Shops sell 15-litre and 4-litre tins.
How long does it take, and does it smell?
A single room is usually one day, a whole flat two to four days. Water-based plastic paint dries to the touch in a few hours and the smell fades within a day or two with the windows open.
Do I need to be home?
No. Many clients leave keys or a lockbox code, the same way they do for their cleans. We tell you when we start and when we finish.
Which IVA do I pay?
Prices include IVA. If it is the home you live in, as owner or tenant, and the building is over two years old, IVA is 10%, and your invoice shows it. Otherwise it is 21%.
Do I have to repaint when I move out?
Only if your contract says so, or you changed the colours. Normal wear is usually the landlord's cost. If you do need it, we paint and do the move-out clean together.
When do I pay?
Once the work is done, by Bizum, card, PayPal or transfer, with a full invoice.
