No, and we would rather be straight about it. It is the same €20/hr a one-off costs. A plan is not a discount, it is less admin: your month is planned ahead, and you pay once at the end instead of every visit.
You pay once a month, after the cleans, by Bizum, card, PayPal or bank transfer. We send one simple summary of the month's visits with the total, so you always know exactly what you are paying for.
Anytime, in one message. We move, skip or pause a clean whenever life needs it. There is no contract and you are never locked in. Just give us 24 hours' notice: with less notice we charge 1 hour of the clean (2 hours under 2 hours' notice).
We aim to send the same team, so they get to know your home. If someone else is coming, we tell you before the day. Everything is coordinated by one person over WhatsApp.
Just tell us and we skip it, you are only ever billed for cleans that actually happen. Many clients keep the cleaner coming with a key or code while they travel, entirely up to you.
