How do I pay if there's no online checkout?
After each clean we send you a WhatsApp invoice. You pay by Bizum or bank transfer — whichever's easier. No card on file, no auto-charge, no surprise renewal. Most clients pay within 48 hours.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Just message us. No commitment, no fees, no awkward retention call.
Do I really get the same cleaner?
Yes. We assign one primary cleaner to your home. We only swap if they're sick or on holiday — and we tell you who's coming and why before they arrive.
What if my place is bigger or messier than 2 hours?
We extend the visit at the same hourly rate. We always check with you first — never extra hours without your okay.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Move between plans any time. Just message us — we adjust your next invoice.
What if I'm not happy with a clean?
Tell us within 24 hours and we come back and re-do whatever was missed, free.
