Question 1

What if it takes longer?

Accepted Answer

We always ask you first, in writing, before adding any time. It's only added if you say yes, at €28 an hour, billed by the exact minute.

Question 2

What if you finish early?

Accepted Answer

The price stays the same. A fixed price is fixed both ways.

Question 3

Do I need to be home?

Accepted Answer

No. Many people leave the keys with the portero, their agent or a lockbox. We agree access with you before the day.

Question 4

Do you bring cleaning products?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our products are included in the move-out price.

Question 5

Do you bring a vacuum or mop?

Accepted Answer

No. We don't bring a vacuum or mop. We use yours, so floors are done with what's in your home.

Question 6

Will this help with my deposit?

Accepted Answer

We can't promise that. Your landlord decides, and deductions for damage, wear, repairs or unpaid bills are outside our control. What we give you is a clean to a clear checklist and a dated photo report. Spain's consumer body OCU says normal end-of-tenancy cleaning shouldn't come out of your fianza.

Question 7

My contract already has a final cleaning fee. Should I book?

Accepted Answer

Check your contract first, so you don't pay twice.

Question 8

Who sees the photos?

Accepted Answer

You, and the team that took them. We never post them anywhere without your yes.

Question 9

Does the flat need to be empty?

Accepted Answer

The move-out price is for an empty flat. If furniture or boxes will still be there, tell us first. If that means more time, we ask you before adding any.

Question 10

Can you come on a Sunday or a holiday?

Accepted Answer

Yes. It's €5 more for each planned hour of the clean. Fixed-price extras, like the inside of the oven, cost the same on any day. We tell you the total first.

Question 11

Can you come today?

Accepted Answer

These packages are for booked dates. For today, message us and we'll see what we can do.

Question 12

What if I need to change the date?

Accepted Answer

Free up to 24 hours before. With less notice, we charge 1 hour of the clean, or 2 hours with less than 2 hours' notice or if we can't get in, as in our terms.

Question 13

Can I pay upfront?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if you prefer. Choose "Now, once we confirm" when you book. We send your payment link only after we've confirmed the date, and your invoice comes with the payment. Cancel more than 24 hours before and we refund it all. With less notice, we keep only the late-change charge and refund the rest. If we finish early, the price stays the same.

Question 14

Can we split the bill?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Tap "Split it" under the Book button and tell us how many of you there are. Each of you pays your own share, by Bizum, card, PayPal or transfer, within 3 days of the clean. The person who books covers any share still open after that.

Question 15

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

After the clean, or upfront once we've confirmed your date, by Bizum, card, PayPal or transfer. You get a factura with every payment.

Question 16

Where do you clean?

Accepted Answer

Most of Madrid, from the centre to the outskirts. Send us your address and we confirm.
