What people ask.
Does it expire?
No. There is no end date, so they can book whenever they like.
Will they ever have to pay anything?
No, not for what's on the card. We book exactly what it covers. If they ask for more, like a longer or deep clean, a Sunday when it isn't included, or a clean today, we tell them the difference in writing before booking, and they choose. Nothing is ever added after the clean.
Can they use it on a Sunday?
Yes. For one clean, switch on "Sundays too" (+€5 an hour). Plans cover Monday to Saturday. Either way, they can still ask for a Sunday: we tell them the difference before booking, and they decide.
Can it be a deep clean?
Yes. Choose the 4-hour deep clean (€112). The 2 and 3-hour cards cover a regular home clean.
Can I gift a few weeks of cleaning to new parents?
Yes. Choose "A plan of cleans" and set how many. For example, 4 weekly cleans of 3 hours is 4 × 3 × €24 = €288, and a clean every 2 weeks for a month is 2 × 3 × €24 = €144. They pick the start date, so it can begin once the baby is home. Cleaning products are included, and they can move a clean for free with 24 hours' notice.
Can it arrive on a set day, like a birthday or Mother's Day?
Yes. Under "How should it arrive?", choose "We send it for you" and "Another day", and we send it by 10:00 that morning. Or send it yourself whenever you like. In Spain, Mother's Day is the first Sunday of May (2 May 2027) and Father's Day is 19 March. Around Christmas you can also pick Christmas Eve or the Eve of Reyes.
Is it a good housewarming gift?
Yes. The 5-hour move-in clean (€140) includes the inside of cupboards and wardrobes, so it suits a new home just before or after the move. Or give a 3-hour clean (€72) for once they've settled in.
Can I give it to someone recovering from an operation or an illness?
Yes. They choose the day and can move it for free with 24 hours' notice, so it fits around how they feel. They tell us what matters most to them, and they don't need to get anything ready.
Can I gift cleaning to my parents?
Yes. A single clean, or a plan of regular cleans if they'd like a hand every week or two. We arrange the day with them by WhatsApp or email, in Spanish, English or Dutch. If you like, we ask them whether we can let you know once they've booked.
Can I buy one for myself?
Yes. Put your own name on the card and book whenever you like. It works the same way: no expiry, cleaning products included, and any hours left over stay on the code.
What if your prices go up?
The gift still covers the same hours. The hours on the card never change.
Can they give it to someone else?
Yes. They can give the card to anyone they like.
What if the clean takes less time?
Any hours left over stay on the code, for next time.
How does it arrive?
You choose. Send it yourself: right after paying you get the card as an image and a PDF, with Share and WhatsApp buttons. Or we send it to them by WhatsApp or email, by 10:00 on the day you choose, or by 10:00 the day after you pay.
How do I pay?
By Bizum, card, PayPal or transfer. Card and PayPal work right here, with no PayPal account needed. For Bizum or transfer, order on WhatsApp. Gift cards are paid when you order.
How does a plan work?
A plan is a set number of cleans of the same length, up to 60, from Monday to Saturday. They pick the start date and their usual day and time with us, and we aim to send the same team. Each clean comes off the balance.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. PayPal emails your receipt, and we email your invoice (factura) within 24 hours. Need company details on it? Just tell us.
I got a gift card. How do I book?
Tap "Book my clean" in your gift message, or enter your code in the box at the bottom of this page. Tell us the days that suit you and we confirm.
Can I cancel?
Yes, within 14 days of buying, for anything not used yet. We refund it the same way you paid.
What if they need to cancel or move a clean?
It's free with 24 hours' notice. With less notice, our usual late fee applies, like any booking: 1 hour of the clean, or 2 hours if it's under 2 hours' notice or we can't get in. It comes off the card's hours, so they still don't pay anything themselves.
What if a plan is only partly used?
The cleans left stay on the code, with no expiry. Within 14 days of buying, you can also cancel the cleans that haven't happened yet.
What if they want more time on the day?
They can ask for it. We tell them the price first, and only add time after their yes. It's billed by the exact minute at our normal rate.
What if they move away from Madrid?
We only clean in the Comunidad de Madrid. They can give the card to someone here, or talk to us and we'll find a fair solution.
Do they need cleaning products?
No. Cleaning products are included on every gift card: we bring our own. We don't bring a vacuum or mop. We use theirs, so floors are done with what's in their home.
Where do you clean?
Most of Madrid, from the centre to the outskirts. They send us the address when they book and we confirm.
Will it feel like a hint?
We never comment on anyone's home. The card is about giving them time, and they choose the day.
Is this a real Casa & Co. gift card?
We only sell gift cards on this page and from our WhatsApp number, +34 614 417 905. If someone sells one anywhere else, please check with us first.
