Question 1

How long does it take?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the size. With 1 bathroom: a studio takes 2 hours, 1 bedroom 2.5, 2 bedrooms 3.25, 3 bedrooms 4. Each extra bathroom adds 30 minutes. The booking form shows the time and the price before you send.

Question 2

Do I need to be home?

Accepted Answer

No. Many people leave the keys with the portero or in a lockbox. We agree how we get in before the day.

Question 3

What happens with the rubbish and the glass?

Accepted Answer

We sort bottles and cans for recycling and follow Madrid's rules. Glass goes in the green igloo only between 08:00 and 22:00, and nothing is left beside the bins. On days without collection, like 25 December and 1 January, we tie the bags and leave them ready inside, with the glass in its own bag.

Question 4

How much is a Sunday, a holiday or a same-day clean?

Accepted Answer

Sundays and Madrid public holidays are €29 an hour instead of €24, IVA included. Booked for the same day, it's €32 an hour, or €37 on a Sunday or holiday. Fixed-price extras, like the kitchen package, cost the same any day. The booking form knows the holidays and shows your total before you send.

Question 5

What if it takes longer?

Accepted Answer

We never add time without asking. If something needs longer, we ask you first, in writing, and only add it if you say yes. Extra time is billed to the exact minute.

Question 6

Do you bring cleaning products?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our cleaning products are included in the price. We don't bring a vacuum or mop. We use yours, so floors are done with what's in your home.

Question 7

What if I need to change the date?

Accepted Answer

It's free up to 24 hours before. With less notice, it's 1 hour of the clean. With less than 2 hours' notice, or if we can't get in, it's 2 hours. The details are in our terms.

Question 8

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

After the clean, by Bizum, card, PayPal or transfer. Prefer to pay upfront? You can, once we've confirmed your date. You get a factura with every payment.
